Miss Hailey,
AM Teacher Assistant

Hello,
I graduated from Snohomish High School, volunteered in my younger sister's classroom, and continued my education at EvCC, with a focus on Early Childhood Education.
I enjoy playing with
and walking my Huskie "Moosh" on the Centennial Trail. I also have a goat named, Elton. I have fun adventures riding my quad, and spending time with my friends, and family.
I enjoy working with children, they are so eager to learn new things! It is so rewarding to watch them grow into compassionate and caring individuals.

Ms. Elaine, Lead Teacher and
Kids Way Program Director

Hello,
I joined Kids Way in 2016.
I have my Child Development Associate (CDA), and many years of continued education approved by the Washington State Department of Children, Youth, and Families. In addition, I have training in Master Teacher, Leadership, and True Colors Personality Training. I have volunteered in children’s classrooms since 1984. I have been a Kindergarten teacher as well as, owning my own Preschool.

I love camping, gardening, and spending time with my husband of almost 50 years, and our dog, Benny. We love spending time with our family which includes our six children, their spouses, and our four grandchildren.

When working with children you have to opportunity to view the world from their eyes. My focus is to teach through each child’s individual learning style and to celebrate each child.

Miss Fanessa,
PM Teacher Assistant

Hello,
I began working in the early learning field in 2006. I attended Barstow Community College with a focus on Early Childhood Education. I've worked as a Lead Teacher, Float Teacher, and Team Lead. My experience ranges from infants to elementary school-age children.
I have a wonderful husband and three amazing children. I enjoy spending quality time with my family and doing things outdoors including watching my children's sporting events such as football and track.
I enjoy spending time with children and watching them grow and develop into confident, self-sufficient learners.
