PreK Classroom

Meet our Teachers!
Our PreK Classroom has 14 enrollment slots, and employs a Lead Teacher, AM Teacher Assistant, and PM Teacher Assistant.

Miss Bryan, AM Teacher Assistant

My name is Bryan. I've babysat children from newborn to six years old since I was fourteen years old. I've always loved kids and knew from a young age that I wanted a career in Early Learning. I am currently pursuing my AA Degree in Early Childhood Education. I feel this career will also make me a better parent someday.

My hobbies include drawing, painting, reading, writing, crocheting, sewing, video games, and anime. Often you see my artwork on our daily welcome whiteboard.

Ms. Elaine, Lead Teacher and
Kids Way Program Director

My name is Ms. Elaine. I have six children of my own, and four grandchildren. I began volunteering in their classrooms in 1984. I owned my own preschool for four years, and I've taught Kindergarten, Preschool, and PreK for the last 23 years. I have my Child Development Associate Credential (CDA). I'm educated in the various learning styles and personalities and use that knowledge to help all children succeed. I love seeing the excitement in children's eyes when they are learning something new, and the proud look on their faces when they share their accomplishments. Helping children through a challenging time and teaching them how to use that new knowledge "next time" helps to prepare them for Kindergarten and beyond.

My husband and I love camping! I enjoy gardening and spending time with my family and our dog, Benny.

Miss Hailey, PM Teacher Assistant

My name is Miss Hailey.

I'm a Snohomish High School graduate and I currently attend Everett Community College. I became interested in working with kids while babysitting and volunteering at my sister's elementary school. I love working with kids because they are so bright and joyous, and full of love and laughter.

My hobbies would include, spending time with my friends and family, as well as my three goats and dog, Moosh.
